International law firm CMS is offering a package of legal services worth £8,000 to the winners of the Beanstalks startup competition.  The winners will be crowned CMS Healthcare Startup 2017

Advice will be available as required by the winner and can include any of the key legal areas likely to be of interest to a digital health company, including corporate, technology, IP, patents, share schemes, commercial contracts and employment law. The winner will also be eligible to join the prestigious CMS equIP programme for high growth companies. CMS equIP is designed to give entrepreneurs the tools they need to grow and succeed by offering discounted legal advice and a menu of fixed fee services, a dedicated relationship manager, invitations to exclusive events and training and introductions to industry peers.
